Having BHKP production line with annual capacity of 130,000 tonnes, and lightweight coated paper production line with annual capacity of 140,000 tonnes , AHP will become one of Pulp and Paper production and bussiness companies has the largest scale in Vietnam in the future.

      AHP’s lightweight coated paper production line project was consulted, designed, and installed by Hansol EME, under Hansol Group, one of the leading manufacturers in the field of design and manufacture of paper in Korea.

      Hansol EME has overall designed AHP’s lightweight coated paper production line that combined high technologies of leading suppliers in over the world. AHP use the pulp handling technology of Andritz – China with the most mordern double disc grinding machine TF 34-42. The system is equipped with standard technology complied with the strict requirements of  paper machine. Sand filter system is equipped with a sand filter TC133 help to filter sand thoroughly. Deculator systems split air out of the line of pulp so that coated paper have no defect caused by air. Fan pump equipment of  SUZER supplier has stream stabilization technology  .

      In particular, hydraulic injection boxes in S generation of Allimand – a french manufacturer, help create evenly quantitative and moisture  across the entire horizontal of the paper. Thereby, paper of An Hoa fully have the quality standards as imported paper products. Paper products use E Former Elements technology helps improve drainage, uniformity and reduce disparities nature between two paper sides. Coated paper has perfect quality by adjusting humidity evenly horizontally; squeezing glue by Prime Coat Film machine; coating by Prime Coat Jet machine (Andritz - Germany) and drying with infrared after coated. Automation management chain provided of the company ABB determines the concentration of pulp by ultrasonic method and machine systems run fully automatically, high stable. AHP is the first pulp and paper manufactuer uses  these modern technology in Vietnam.
