In order to insure pulpwood material source stable and long-lasting for production, AHP established an affiliate named An Hoa Tuyen Quang Pulpwood Material Joint stock Company which specializes in farming baby pulpwood trees enough for plantation companies inside and outside of Tuyen Quang. It also carries out and develops the plantation of pulpwood trees.

An Hoa Pulp and Paper Mill is considered as a major point in the program of socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang province and Vietnam pulp and paper industry. AHP is not only located in the forestry center of Northwest area but has been offered a development plan of woodpulp material plantation in 5 surrounding provinces including Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen which give AHP many advantages in purchasing and developing the woodpulp source for a stable production
